How we work
- Established practice Sampling, drilling, mine planning and laboratory testing follow defined methods, custody controls and reviewable models.
- Process and qualification testing Separation, purification and beneficiation trials are labelled by test stage, linking results to product qualification before any scale-up.
- Progressive data integration Resource, sample, processing and stock data are being connected under common definitions, with live systems distinguished from pilots.
- Planned versus current Supply pathways and digital tools are presented with their current implementation status, not as uniformly complete.
Research and development
- Selective mining. Sorting, sensing and blending assessed to reduce dilution and losses.
- Mineral processing. Separation, purification, flotation and grinding tested for each ore.
- Advanced products. Research into specialist grades and basalt fibre applications where suitable.
- Technology transfer. Laboratory, pilot and field trials, with team learning and viability assessment.
