Site stages

Bench drilling and blasting The Technical Office designs and optimises drilling and blasting to reduce downstream crushing energy.
Load and haul Excavators and wheel loaders load the trucks that carry shot rock to the primary crusher.
Primary and secondary crushing Jaw and cone circuits reduce the basalt to ballast and aggregate sizes.
Screening and grading Graded to rail-ballast and aggregate specifications, then stockpiled for dispatch.
