Mine planning connects the geological model with sequencing, selectivity, quality and stock management.
The objective is suitable downstream feed, not simply the largest movement of material.
How we work
- Plan to execution Work fronts, extraction sequence, equipment, traffic routes and operating constraints are defined together.
- Grade and stock Materials are segregated, movements recorded and feed quality reviewed against mine and transfer-point requirements.
- Reconciliation Planned, surveyed and handled quantities are reconciled with consistent units, moisture basis and timing.
Genesis runs its sites with its own fleet, which gives it direct control of operations, cost and scheduling.
Drilling and blasting are designed and optimised by the Technical Office, followed by loading and haulage.
Equipment and maintenance
Genesis works from an owned mining equipment base, supported by mobile maintenance workshops at operating sites and a central workshop for equipment and component repair.
Preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, critical spares and operator and technician development keep equipment ready.
