- Bench drilling and blasting The Technical Office designs and optimises drilling and blasting to reduce downstream crushing energy.
- Load and haul Excavators and wheel loaders load the trucks that carry shot rock to the primary crusher.
- Primary and secondary crushing Jaw and cone circuits reduce the basalt to ballast and aggregate sizes.
- Screening and grading Graded to rail-ballast and aggregate specifications, then stockpiled for dispatch.
